Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of December 5, 2011
Board President Stephani called the meeting to order at 8:15
p.m. Present were the same attendees as
for the regular meeting of the same date.
The following officers were elected to serve for 2012. President, AJ Stephani; Vice President, Potter
Orr; Recording Secretary, Cordell Coy; Treasurer, Gayle Keaney.
Gayle reported that Bert Luken from the Northern Kentucky Club has
volunteered to be the CBA librarian. His
request for a budget of $200 for 2012 was approved by the board.
A board retreat was scheduled for Saturday January 7 from 9am to
noon at the Stephani residence.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm.
