New Mentor/Mentee Game Starting Sundays in January – sign up now
Announcing a new Sunday afternoon mentor/mentee game for six Sundays starting Jan. 11 and ending Feb. 15. Games will start at 1 PM and finish no later than 3:45 PM.
We will play 16-18 boards and allow time for discussion and analysis. You will also receive MP. We use the Common Game and you will receive analysis for expert players around the country as well. Similar to the popular Tuesday morning Play and Learn this will be friendly and fun. This program is to allow newer players to improve their game and gain confidence and allow more experienced players to contribute to the growth of the game.
How it works: Mentees must have less than 300 MP and willing to play a minimum of three of the six Sundays during the program. Mentors should have more than 300 MP and be willing to be patient and meet the mentee at their level and also play at least 3 sessions during the program. You may also play in any of the other games at the CBA if you wish, but at least three should be on Sundays.
You must register by Dec. 15th. We will do our best to find appropriate pairings. You can use the link below to sign-up.

Pairings will be announced after January 1. We request that individuals do not select their own mentor or mentee to allow equitable distribution. Cost for each day is $8 per person. We will accept credit cards.
